• H.E. Mohamad Chatah (Posthumously)
The Late Former Lebanese Minister of Finance and Ambassador to the US. To be presented by H.E. Salam Fayyad, Former Palestinian Prime Minister. Award to be accepted by his wife Nina and sons Ronnie and Omar Chatah

• Dr.  Joseph E. Aoun, Ph.D,
President of Northeastern University
