• Mr. Habib Debs

Mr. Habib Debs is a successful serial entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in developing and delivering creative solutions involving
leading edge technologies to both the Defense and Commercial sectors. As the primary shareholder, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of Advanced
Technology Systems Company (ATSC), a United States Government contractor with the DoD, DoS, DHS and NASA. Mr. Debs has earned recognition and laurels as a specialist in USG contracts, Foreign Military Funding, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in over 20
countries spread across four continents.

• Dr. George Bitar

George Bitar, MD, FACS is a Lebanese
American board-certified and internationally
acclaimed plastic surgeon. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the George Washington University School
of Medicine and founder of The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, a multi-location cosmetic surgery, skin care and laser institute in the Washington DC
metropolitan area. He was featured in the book “The 100” about 100 influential Lebanese personalities
around the globe and was recently awarded the National Order of Cedars Medal by the Lebanese President for his medical and philanthropic contributions to Lebanon. Dr. Bitar is President-
Elect of the Association of Plastic Surgeons of Lebanese Descent.

• The Honorable Darrell Issa

The Honorable Darrell Issa., Inventor, entrepreneur and now tech policy leader, Congressman Darrell Issa represents the 49th District of California in Congress. He is the former CEO of Directed Electronics, a leading auto security technology company he founded and built in Southern California in mid-1990s. The holder of
37 patents and the former Chairman of the Consumer Technology Association, Congressman Issa is the nation’s preeminent voice in Washington advancing smart policy to protect intellectual property, creativity and to keep America at the forefront of the world’s innovation.

• The Honorable Rich Ashooh

Rich Ashooh serves as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration. In this role, he
is responsible for the U.S. dual-use export control policy, as well as the management of the Department of Commerce’s national security, nonproliferation,
and foreign policy functions within the Bureau of Industry and Security. He also oversees the Bureau’s
programs that ensure industrial resources are available to meet national and economic security requirements, including the Defense Priorities Allocation System (DPAS). He also participates in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

• Presented to H.E. Nayla Moawad

H.E. Nayla Moawad is the Founder and Honorary Chairwoman of the René Moawad Foundation USA and the President of the Rene Moawad Foundation
in Lebanon. As the widow of the assassinated President of Lebanon, Rene Moawad, she sought to perpetuate her husband’s legacy for peace and social justice by founding the Rene Moawad Foundation, a multifaceted developmental organization with wide international support that is providing sustainable human development in Lebanon. She is also, a Lebanese politician having served as a member of parliament and Minister of Social Affairs.

• Introduced by H.E. Michel Moawad

H.E. Michel Moawad is a Memberof the Lebanese Parliament and son of the late Lebanese President René Moawad. He is the founder and president of the Independence Movement, founding member and executive director of the René Moawad Foundation,
and member of the Maronite Foundation in the World. His civic involvement also includes supporting employment and entrepreneurship in Lebanon via initiatives such as FORAS (Fostering Entrepreneurship and Employment in North Lebanon) and BIAT (Business Incubation Association in Tripoli), as well as other important social initiatives to improve the conditions of underprivileged communities in Lebanon.

Brian Karem is An American journalist covering the White House, a CNN contributor as well Executive Editor of The Montgomery County Sentinel.
He is an award-winning investigative reporter, writer, producer and bestselling true crime author, and former correspondent for America’s Most Wanted. He was the 1991 recipient of the National Press Club Freedom of the Press award for refusing to reveal his sources in a story related to the killing of a police officer in Texas. Mr. Karem was the first American reporter allowed inside Pablo Escobar’s palatial prison and one of the first reporters to enter Kuwait City after its liberation during the first Gulf War.
